Follow us on Twitter! We've said thank you to the Saw Museum, who are one of our latest followers on the social-media platform. Gerrymet have now got over 1000 followers, a number that we've gradually built over the past few years by connecting to customers and clients and also people working in carpentry and the wider woodworking and tooling industries - both across the UK and the world.

If you're interested in carpentry or joinery or DIY, then you might enjoy Gerrymet's Twitter feed. We post information on all kinds of tooling and carpentry issues.

Of course we post what saw blades we supply, such as the grooving saw blade below that's tungsten carbide tipped and available to purchase here - Buy grooving saws

But as we say, we also balance our tooling promotions with posts about woodworking tips and news and images of stunning DIY projects for example.

If you're passionate about woodcraft, then follow Gerrymet here @Sawblades_UK.

More Woodcraft - More Making Things!

Sanyasi Rao is a carpenter and artist. Read about his work in the article below where he talks about what it's like making things with tooling and wood. He says: “Unlike paintings, the margin of error in wooden portraits is zero. Once you make a wrong cut on the wood, the entire facial structure changes."

Woodworking Design

Because Gerrymet supply wood tooling to carpenters and designers across the UK, we like to collect wood-made design objects such as these spoons. They are made of maple and walnut and created by William Campbell who works alongside his wife as a builder and designer of custom furniture at at Anvilgoods.
